Blazing Circles…

“I fell into a burning ring of fire…”- Johnny Cash
Circle diamond pendants are beautiful “rings of fire”. The symbolism behind the wearing of one is quite similar to that of an eternity ring. The difference is that, instead of being worn on the finger, this tribute dangles from a fine chain of either gold or silver, and is worn next to the heart. The most widely accepted meaning is that of an enduring, continuous and eternal love…captured in a continuous circle of fiery light; and is usually presented after a particularly momentous point in a couple‘s lifetime.
It is a personal decision, and up to the couple to choose the moment. That being said… with most circle diamond pendants, the diamonds are usually many; and closely set. However, there are variations on the theme and there is no hard and fast rule. For starters: The basic round setting is usually that of white or yellow gold (and on occasion, silver). From this point, and as a matter of personal choice, while still keeping the integrity and style of the circular eternity theme, one can opt to have as many, or as few diamonds as they would like. Another twist would be to combine both journey diamond and eternity diamond themes.
This means, that within the circle, but just like with journey diamonds, one would have the diamonds set up in such a way to go from smallest to largest, in an eye-catching, semi-circular arrangement. Either way, there are many ways for you to start your own blaze.
“And it burns, burns, burns, the ring of fire, the ring of fire…”
